Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website or send us an enquiry through it.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
We publish this information in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can. Descriptions of services, timescales and processes are general guidance, not a contractual commitment. The only binding description of work is the written contract and scope issued for your specific project.
Estimates and quotations
Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation, an offer to contract, or a fixed price. All estimates require a site visit and are issued separately in writing. An estimate remains subject to survey, permitting, and conditions that are only discoverable once work is opened up.
Licensing
We hold California Contractors State License Board licence number 1049743, General Building (Class B). You are entitled — and encouraged — to verify the status of this licence independently at cslb.ca.gov before entering into any contract with us or with any other contractor.
Photography
Some photography on this website is licensed stock imagery used to illustrate categories of work rather than to depict a specific completed project. Where you need to see documented examples of our own completed work, ask us and we will provide them along with client references.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, design and code of this website are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy any part of it without written permission.
External links
This site links to third-party websites, including licensing authorities and review platforms. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. This does not limit our liability under any construction contract we enter into with you, nor any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute relating to this website falls to the courts of San Diego County.
